Personally I think that is fair. Awaiting to be shot down. If you buy anything that you might have a problem with - then pay separately. The chances are you bought the jumper with a voucher.

On the items I've bought I've taken nothing back. The way I see it. You win some - you loose some.

so what about exchanges? I am still keeping the item just changing the size

EVERYONE PLEASE DON'T RETURN STUFF YOU GOT DTD ON!!!!!!!!!

If you really have to return something take your print out of the compared items tesco/asda and let cs sort it out(you'll get store credit if paid with vocher), don't mess up our lovely dtd promotion for the sake of 20GBP!!!!

I really dont think you get what I am on about. My original post said that I wanted to know so I didn't spoil it. That was the whole point if the post. I'll just bin them.
bin them is a good idea, and print them off again, you will know which voucher belongs to which reciept.
life is like a loo roll. the nearer the end you get, the faster it goes.
  • Are the vouchers the same amount? Can you not check on your wifes new receipt (for the new shopping) and see what amount the used voucher was for?

I know but I still have both receipts as they gave her the receipt back as it was a guarantee for an item.

    I have 2 vouchers and 2 receipts.

wont it be the one without the guarantee on hth
