No they can't, you can call CS to find out but not sure if they'll be able to do it...

Next time maybe just print the voucher once so you won't "get confused"? or just mark unsigned receipt yourself? or why not remind the sa to do it? if WE train them less people will be able to re-use receipts...

Sorry, but I always insist that the sa signs my receipt and tell them why... And I hate the idea of people reusing receipts! when I printed a vocher twice by accident as my pc was very slow I have immidiately put it in the bin... One genuine voucher can "get" me enough... don't need the stress of doing otherwise...

I always tell the SA to sign the receipt too as the first time I used a voucher she wasn't sure what to do.
I think if Tesco pull this deal it will be due to dishonest people using vouchers more than once and spoiling it for all.

    Hi,

I put a home delivery shop in last week for £68, and gave the driver a voucher for £57 on Sunday. Today I have been refunded £50 exactly? Surely I should have been refunded the full £57?

Has this happened to anyone else before I call customer services?

    Thanks
  • Not sure if there is anything new on my list but hopefully might help someone??

    Arrgh.

    Lunchtime:

"I'm hungry. Think I'll put some burgers in the oven"

"Hmm. While they cook, think I'll catch up on the DTDing"

"Okay, so that's my list for today sorted. Wait, what's that smell?"

...lunch salvaged as best as possible.

Although I love this promotion I kinda hope it's over by July when I'm due to give birth, otherwise I can see me being charged with neglect....!

What date is your baby due? Mine is due 8th July. I hope the promotion continues when I go on Maternity leave as then I'll have more time. Hard to fit a full time job in while keeping up with this thread!

apparently with the dot.com system they can only refund a max of £50 in one transaction, so u should see a seperate transaction for the £7 , it was quoted before when someone had used voucher for online shop........
