Will this work in an 'ESSO EXPRESS' (petrol station with small store)?

Edit: answered my own question - no.

    Morning all,

I just wanted to add some cheer to this thread as some people have had some really bad experiences. In my 5 local stores (all within 5 miles) the cashiers have been a little confused at first but very helpful. One store took my Farmfoods vouchers, they've all taken the co-op vouchers and most never grumble but are generally interested in what I'm doing.

There was a lovely young girl at my closest store who said she'd like to do it so after she'd accepted about £40 worth of vouchers plus my £101.97 voucher and given me my trolly for 36p, I handed her my list and said "enjoy".

At the shop last night, the two ladies at the till were extremely nice. I informed them both on how to do it after they accepted all my coupons including my quantematic thing and did my 3 £20 £20 back shops in a row. She was so interested she asked me for the voucher website so I gave her the beforeishop, this website, and my list that adam had compiled!

She was over the moon. A great big thank you to the local staff around me and happy DTDing! :T:beer:

PS - If you buy 36 bags of Pasta like me, the box fits nicely behind the sofa!
I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.

Spreadsheet is back and i've removed Ariel and Fairy

Hey camberman - not sure if this is possible as I'm not clever with things like this - but can you make it so you have to register to change the spreadsheet or something? Otherwise it'll be impossible to keep up I think.

Thanks for taking the time to do it for us all that appreciate it anyhow!

I was walking to a checkout with my trolley of DTD items when there was an announcement: 'code amber at checkouts'! Anyone know what that means?

As other posters have pointed out, this is OK.

If the announcement includes the code-words, "A friend of Martins", then this is the time to be concerned!
