If you're worried about the spreadsheet being deleted, just download a backup regularly by going to File>Download As>Excel (or whichever format).

I've been playing around with a copy of the spreadsheet settings myself. We could set it to read only for anyone with the link, and then add people in individually that we are happy to have editing rights?

Off subject but woohoo! I've just gone from Newbie to Convert finally - only been a member since Oct 08 lol!!

My piece of lamb was about 8.50....anyone know what I'm likely to get back on it?
