    I queried the lack of a match for the Olay day cream & received the following response from CS
    "as the items you purchased are cosmetic items, these are automatically excluded from our Price Check promotion as our promotion does not include any non-grocery categories whether available in store or online or in any store concessions."
    I wonder is this a change in policy or just a random excuse for this lack of match?
    People seem to have been getting matches on other Olay products, shampoo etc.
    Maybe this will now change.........

    Thats odd because so far this week I have bought:
    2 shampoos and an olay,
    2 shampoos and an olay,
    2 olays,
    2 olays

    in 4 shops. and i have had a £20 voucher back for each of those shops! Last voucher came through yesterday. Then last night I went back and bought;
    2 Olays
    2 Olays

    So we shall see tomorrow (1st of the month!) if this works...

    Have you found Clowne dont know what they're doing with the voucher - they always have to call a supervisor when Ive been in! Im only a few mins away!

    Yeah each SA unsure but no fuss or problem and I have only seen one 'supervisor', well young lad but he has a headset on and he said he would have to try DTD himself, lol! Got to do a proper shop tomorrow, got a £5 off £50 and £20 DTD to use, but got to plan well to get what I really need and £20 DTD back. Think it's going to take ages! Don't forget the pancake mix at Clowne, I've got plenty, so leaving them and might try Guiness.
