Thankyou for your answer. It is now clear he meant no offence. Nor did I.
Though as someone who has been the victim of such prejudice, I may be slightly blinkered in such matters.
Also I doubt many people would know that a Mr Cohen formed Tesco. So its not really ignorant is it?
I don't think the ignorance was in not knowing, I think it was assuming and insinuating someone was being a bigot. A quick check would have avoided you having to ask if they were "anti-semitic or something equally obnoxious". We are (generally) a friendly group and - although we have squabbles over silly things - nobody on here would put up with someone saying things like that if they were meant nastily or offensivly..

Is anyone managing to get onto Asda. I wanted to check a few prices before I went to bed. No doubts they'll have changed on the items I am having delivered tomorrow!Mortgage Free in 3-T2 : Started at £151,000 Nov. 2009 Mortgage Free Oct 1st 2015

The 2 billion people who use google daily would know. The race/creed/religion card is used too often in society. And as shown, it is normally through lack of information.I would like to thank everyone who contributed to the Ramada/Days Inn BRG thread.0 -
If the Oyster Bay gets confirmed, this is a beautiful Sauvignon Blanc - one of my favourites alongside Villa Maria (sadly no DTD on that though although it is £6.99 rather than about a tenner usually so I used my big normal shop voucher on 3 bottles of it last week :-)Possible Deal (may be elsewhere on the thread)

if the petrol kiosk staff are gourmless enough, one probably could use a voucher.
(though I suppose we shouldn't try:
1. It's against the rules.
2. I wouldn't anticipate a good double difference coming from it.:D)0 -

If it has been going on for any length of time it is unlikely to be someone weeing.
However, it is quite possible there are several of them at it, each taking the brief reprieve to quench their thirst on either lucozade or fruit shoots, thus recharging, so they are ready to go again.
Check in the morning and see if the flowers have died.0
