Just doubled checked Asda and yes, it's still showing on mine, both the pink and white tubs..... just search 'vanish' and then go through the list. Both have previosly been posted as DTD confirmed, I purchaced mine tonight so am fingers crossed, but can't see why it won't!!!!

Hi again all.

I havent received a response from a receipt submitted last Tuesday. After several phone calls to cutomer services, I received a reply saying 'receipt not found'. First time was told to wait up to six days, so waited. Second phonecall informed that receipt had not been logged my Tesco, so it was logged for me. Third time told receipt had been logged and should get a reply.

Was asked to sumbit details again, so have done but got a response straightaway saying my receipt cannot be found and better luck with my next receipt.

Wanted to email CS this time. Philip Clarke. Any details of an email address please? Can't seem to find it on google. Thanks

I emailed him last week regarding a troll that works at my local Tesco, and I got a reply (from one of his minions), apologizing and saying as soon as the troll in question gets back off holiday they will be re-training her. That'll be a nice welcome back for her . And thanks to a previous poster for the warning on the Hardy's Crest - I bought a bottle earlier but thought I'd wait until someone confirmed it before submitting the receipt Now I can take it back before claiming DTD on the rest of the shop. I was supposed to get white wine anyway!

What's wrong with the Hardy's Crest Cabernet Shiraz? It's gone up to £10.98 in my store (although it wasn't in stock when I went to buy it earlier) and is showing as £4.48 at Asda on mySupermarket. Have Tesco started being sneaky and putting the price up then showing it as N/F?
