I had same problem other day so i rang HO and they said they will send me a money card out for the value..

Day after tho no problems at all

Your post also has Buyer's receipt details - could you delete it please? Last thing we need is unscrupulous lurkers nicking the voucher for their own personal use at a store where they know the SAs aren't up to date on the T&Cs.

    got to laugh

I think that, between my mum, mil, and us, I've submitted 14 receipts now (different email addresses for different people) - however, out of interest yesterday I stuck in a normal big shop receipt. This is the only one I have had an email back for, out of 14. Oh, and surprise surprise, it's the only one where Tesco was "cheaper."

14!!! that is ludicrous!!! Not one to complain but after 14 i would be straight on phone to them. Perhaps its your store, some people on here have had problems with specific stores.

I nipped up there again tonighth (after going in this afternoon) - am feeling paranoid going through the doors now!! Have taken the hit on the duracell - c'est la vie... Today I've bought 2 x gold blend refills, 2 x dettol apple antibac, 2 xreed diffuser (pretty - going in present stash), 2 herbal ess s'poo, 1 herbal ess cond, 1 twin pack of cath city cheese and 2 packs of value penne to make 2nd voucher up. First shop included batteries, so that'll be down, but I should get 2 DTD vouchers from that.

I've also got still to spend 1 x £2.02 (from wombled receipt), 1 x £15.16 (reduced because of batteries now n/f), 1 x £19.98. I shall 'kill' the tiny voucher on a BOGOF deal to get rid of it, but recycle the other 2 into (hopefully) 2 more approx £20 vouchers :D:D Shall be on the look out for some new things, though - hopeful that T's price changes overnight may kick some new stuff in.. :)

Is anyone else feeling that they've lost their life to DTD???:rotfl::rotfl:

BTW, has anyone tried DVD's? I have found some on the Asda main groceries website which are more expensive at Tesco Entertainment. Assuming these were available in store at the same prices, anyone know if they'd compare.

Tesco Entertainment aren't Tesco, per se. The in-store prices are different. It'd be best to go to your local Tesco armed with a list of ASDA's titles, then report back here (as well as buying any good DTD titles, of course ;)).

Went into Tesco earlier armed with shopping list full of deals, and a voucher that I had come through earlier in the day which I had printed off - I was refused because the voucher had not got the scissors printed on it or the numbers down the left of the T&Cs.

The supervisor had a copy from 'head office' of what a 'real' voucher looks like (ie scissors and numbered T&Cs) and what a 'forgery' looks like (no scissors no numbers on T&Cs). They actually told me there and then that it was a forgery!

Went back home and reprinted it again and this time it printed out correctly with scissors and numbered T&Cs.

So ..... Always make sure that it prints out correctly and god knows why it didn't print out correctly before. I really want to complain to Tesco because it was very embarrassing but don't want to draw attention to myself! Why would we need to forge these documents when its so easy to get them for real???

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

i read the thing about the scissors before i started doing this on sat

all of ours have printed with scissors- just a dotted line so I was
    slightly worried

oh and I have so far used 5 vouchers with no probs but non of the tesco peeps had any idea what they were

    worried now :o

Perfectly acceptable to tesco (see latest MSE news article) The 2nd receipt was quite a long one - worth a go, as it was left in the trolley I used. The first receipt (got me nothing) was just a little one from the s/s till - I find they're often left there.

ANd my husband started a job last week after 3 months without any work - during which time the only income we had was child benefit and £10.46/ week tax credits for the 6 of us. No JSA or anything. He was also made redundant twice in 2009 within a 7 month period and had 3 months on JSA then. Desperate..? maybe.. ;)

no offence to anyone, just don't don't think i could do it
hope things get better for you x
