if you resubmit your receipt and the voucher is here is it possible to see the list as well or just the voucher?
If your receipt has been processed then you see the same thing you would when you first click on the link in the email, so the comparison list as well, hth2014 wins: £15 iTunes voucher, £15 Amazon voucher, Sharwood's wok & sauces, Food Lover's Guide to the World book, £20 Tesco giftcard, Goodfellas x 3, Garnier skin cream, £25 Frankie & Benny's, Chiquito meal, £20 Frankie & Benny's, Panebello pizza, Harlan Coben book0 -

Went into Tesco earlier armed with shopping list full of deals, and a voucher that I had come through earlier in the day which I had printed off - I was refused because the voucher had not got the scissors printed on it or the numbers down the left of the T&Cs.
The supervisor had a copy from 'head office' of what a 'real' voucher looks like (ie scissors and numbered T&Cs) and what a 'forgery' looks like (no scissors no numbers on T&Cs). They actually told me there and then that it was a forgery!
Went back home and reprinted it again and this time it printed out correctly with scissors and numbered T&Cs.
So ..... Always make sure that it prints out correctly and god knows why it didn't print out correctly before. I really want to complain to Tesco because it was very embarrassing but don't want to draw attention to myself! Why would we need to forge these documents when its so easy to get them for real???
Has anyone else experienced this problem?0 -
