Do i have to connect freeview box to an outside arieal?

I have a freeview box in my bedroom with a freeview indoor aerial I got from Argos.
I get great pictures most of the time although at the moment I seem to have lost five, five US and five life.

I have a telewest cabl box, the reason i still have it is i cant get nrmal tv and will cancel it when i get the freeview sorted.
I'm just gonna wait till the boyfriend comes down, let him sort it out!

So why can't you get normal TV - presumably either because you don't have ab aerial or your reception isn't good?

If so you may also struggle with Freeview. You will need an aerial of some sort. Some get reception using an indoor aerial but usually only in strong signal areas.
