What a load of BS - Sounds like they are just trying to swerve the situation! As for saying they will return receipt/postage why didn't they just do that in the first place :mad::mad: At least then I would have retained a tiny bit of respect for them and their products:p:p Shame they make plenty kitchen rolls too :whistle::rotfl:

Have spoken to velvet again and I won't be playing their competition again as they are gonna wiggle out of paying out now if you look at their terms they've added a new little line that says "each pack can be used for one entry only" !!! Will post more tonight as at work and using mobile to post this

But how will they know how many times you've used it because the codes are not unique???????

I will be returning the 2 x Velvet packs tomorrow for a full cash refund. The other 1 where we won has been sent off I think.

For them to change their t and c to "Only one entry per pack" is horrendous. That is a MASSIVE change mid promotion. I understand t and c can be changed, but not to this extent?

Oh well, to stuff with them. What a gorgeous day it is and I just had my hair done, so I'm sporting a new look. Woohoo. Plus managed to do a DTD with a spend of £20.02, so spent just 2p. Happy days.

TBH I think that has always been there but as the barcode is not unique I don't know how they can prove you a liar if you only ever bought 1 pack and used that every day until you won big Very dodgy ground there I would suggest...
