Hi all had letter from velvet today basically saying I will get none of my wins & not be able to play in future even for days I only entered once a day as have been since they blocked us from playing as I had broken the terms & conditions so not good for anyone who used more than one email address got loads of promo packs aswell. Bloomin annoying thing was palying this originally with one go & won 3 x £10 3 x £1 which they had already paid out lesson learn't

My postie has not been yet...should be here in the next hour...won't be getting my tenners then...I entered in my name and hubbys so reckon we will both be getting letters...have finished up well in front though has have had over £200 from them , which has paid for the toilet rolls and quite a bit left over ....does this mean even with one entry a day now and with promo packs we will be barred from winning in the future???

Looks like lots of us got same letter I rang the number to see abt wins within terms & cond basically no go or even being able to play in future

Just got a letter from velvet saying that they will not be paying out my £100 win as they claim that i had entered 5 times that day and over 210 times in total on the day of the win i had entered twice and there is no way that i have entered 210 times good job i had not spent the money before i got the check hope others who are waiting for checks get them

My only £5 claim has also been refused as above :mad: So have had a grand total of..... £1 from them!

I guess I'm lucky I had one of my £100 wins paid out early on, and had about £95 in £10's and £5's, won a tenner last night on lst go, didnt play again but if what the letters says is true I wont bother claiming it, my postie not been yet. . . . . . oh bo**oms!!!! well it was fun while it lasted.:(

but we still got apg and dtd, everyones a winner,lol.:D
