You know Magnum had the same problem last year, when people won more prizes than they anticipated and claimed them! This will teach big corporations to think more carefully about their promotions and the rules and prizes!

I rang the velvet number this morning spoke to very helpful lady who confirmed my wins as I had them and is going to fast track my 25th feb win also stated I won £100 in November which I knew nothing about so need to check my bank statements but certain I haven't had it! So no explanation for the mess up but hopefully things will start to get sorted now

Got an email from Cushelle - saying I could print a coupon for 50p off - even though I don't need any toilet roll for months I clicked it and it said sorry the promotion has no longer available

It worked for me jefery...sometimes I've found that a link goes to a previous promotion (from my PC's memory I suppose!), and I have to fiddle around a bit...not very techie I know. :rotfl:
