Velvet have posted on Facebook - I think it MUST be promotional packs
Velvet's Campaign for Trees wrote "Hi Duchess, we've been alerted to the fact that a very small number of players have not observed our Terms and Conditions when playing the Money Tree game. This has meant that not every player has had a fair and equal chance of winning which is our biggest concern here at Velvet. We're happy to honour every claim made by those who have played in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, which can be found here: http://www.facebook.com/l/b60ce/!!!!!!!.com/MoneyTreeTerms-Conditions, and we've consulted with the Institute of Promotional Marketing to make sure that we resolve this issue in the best and fairest way possible. If for whatever reason our prize administrators have a query with a claim they will be getting in touch directly, but if you're concerned about any claims please give them a ring on 08000 122 366 and they'll be happy to help."0 -

Very interested to read this and tried the link but it won't work, says -page not found. Do you think its the same terms and conditions on the velvet competition page anyway? Can't believe they can start changing things after, whilst the comps still going and after people have won and sent in claims .... who do they think they are Tesco or something :rotfl:0 -
