Evening All !!
Big hugs to Red Arrow and father & Part Mouse.
Dawnies had a brill day although still feeling a big poorly sick!! We got a usb stick with videos of all our drives (from drivers view and view of driver plus speedo & gforce), and a cd with all pics on plus one pic printed - the USBs were £30 and the CDs £20 which was ok as its something i'll only do once. There was a LOT of hard selling but i wasn't parting with my money - it was just very off putting and spoilt things a little. Drove a BMW, TVR and Porsche - hated the TVR but loved the porsche. Then got taken for a spin round in an Atom - AWESOME WICKED MEGA LOVED IT!!!
Called in Asda on way there and got 2 huggies starter packs - they're on offer £3 so used 1 voucher and paid £1 for 2 packs. Called in again on way home, and also called in my local so got 6 boxes for my friend and cost me £3!
Gonna have an early night - back to work tomorrow xA home is not a home ..... without a dog0 -
Thanks, Naomi- you have summed up everything very well. My reason for not being on here very much, is that my Dad is very ill, & so I tend to briefly pop on for the latest DTD items, & go again. Thinking of you all, tho....x

DS is feeling better, still runny nose and slight cough but much better! been reading the DTD thread, getting a bit nasty, no vouchers in yet, so they are getting nasty with each other and about others. Noticed a comment about selling Finish tablets at carboots....0 -

Redarrow, I'm sorry about your dad:(
myalphabetgirls...oh dear! I used to have cats so know about their little offerings, but never a hamster! They are fast little things though!
Dawnie, sounds a fun day.
I went into a large Tesco as I happened to be there after dropping my dd off for a night out...managed to get some cut price Easter eggs. There were masses and masses, (it's a big Tesco)...no turkey or meat but there were lamb racks but as I just bought 2 the other day, left them. Got the last Loreal eye cream which I am tempted to keep rather than give as a present.
Glad your son is a bit better Aesop, I still have a little cough, but feel much better, but it's taken me 2 weeks or so.
Night. night all...xxx0 -

How does the huggies thing work please?
If you go to the 1st or 2nd page of this thread there's a link to an asda website where you register for the huggies club and it then prints a voucher for a Huggies Starter pack (can only be bought in Asda) - the voucher is worth £5.00 but the packs are currently £3 as part of the Asda Baby Event so if you get two boxes you only have to pay £1.A home is not a home ..... without a dog0 -
Thanks, everyone, for all your kind words & good wishes. Had nearly a 2 hr wait in the hospital this afternoon- his cancer is now in his spine- he has to go for a full bodyscan tomorrow, to pinpoint it`s exact position, then he will have radiotherapy a couple of days later ( tho with this wedding, it could be Monday- I hope not...). Best wishes to all that have been unwell- are we all falling to pieces?? From what you`re saying, I would imagine the writing is on the wall for DTD, in the near future... :-(0

PS- sorry to hear about your accident, PM- bet that shook you up. Hope you are ok now xx0
