Help understanding Quidco and phone deals...
So i intend to get a San Francisco then unlocking it and either going on a sim only yearly contract or pay as you go.
I like the look of giff gaff, but i recently joined quidco and found this Vodafone deal which doesnt make sense:
So basically if i pay for a £20 month sim, i get that £20 back plus £25 profit? And this will happen every time i pay £20 into that monthly sim? Or is it just a one off?
My second question is say i go on o2 pay as you go. For £10 a month you get 100 mins and unlimited texts. Thats all good. But what happens if half way through that month i decide to spend £5 more to benefit from 300 mins (i think). How long do these 300 mins stay valid? Is it just for the remainder of that month or is it a month from when i spend an extra fiver? Also are they added on to the 100 mins i already had or total? So 100 mins plus 300 mins is 400, or is it just totalling 300 when spending £15 a month?
Thanks

- £45 for a 30 day SIM Only (£20+ tariff)

T-mobile Cashback loophole. Get £55 and free minutes for nothing.

Hi, Quidco are a referall site, basically they pay you the commission they receive for the referall. If you pay for a £20/month 30 day sim through their site then they will pay you their commission-eventually. It is a one-off payment paid after they receive the payment so could be months down the line, and if you don't follow all the advise given by Quidco it may not track and therefore may not be paid. Sorry don't know about the 2nd part of your post.0

It does answer the first one. If you read the guide, you'll know that the cashback is paid only once, at the time of purchasing the contract through a cashback site. If you read the thread quoted, you will see how a similar (better) deal works with other network and other cashback site. That didnt answer any of my questions.
You or I?Just seemed lazy tbh
Re the second question, *I may be missing something*, but what I see at O2 is "Up to 300 UK texts, 500MB UK data and unlimited Wi-Fi when you top-up £10 a month". I don't understand what £5 you are talking about.

I have no idea what you are looking at, but simplicity PAYG is £10.50, not £10, and you get 500 texts, not unlimited.
I am pretty sure it is the [STRIKE]latter [/STRIKE]former. Don't know if it is a calendar or a billing month.Thats all good. But what happens if half way through that month i decide to spend £5 more to benefit from 300 mins (i think). How long do these 300 mins stay valid? I don't see how this can be 400.Also are they added on to the 100 mins i already had or total? So 100 mins plus 300 mins is 400, or is it just totalling 300 when spending £15 a month?0
