Worcester 18/25 external oil boiler problems

Hi, hoping someone on here may be able to give us a bit of help before monday when worcester send out another repair man.
As title, we have a worcester 18/25 external oil fired combi boiler which is 18mnths old. Before christmas we had problems with the heating, hot water would work fine, but boiler wouldnt fire for heating, man came out he said we have a sticky flow switch and if we turn the hot tap on to blast for 30 seconds it jolts the switch and will then let the heating on, he said if it keeps playing up he'll change the flow switch. Over christmas we lose hot water, heating works fine, but no hot water, man comes back again and changes the flow switch. This was about 1month ago, since then our hot water has been getting slower and slower, it now takes about 45mins to fill a bath and we are now having same problem of losing hot water again (when it feels like it), you have to keep turning tap on and off for different lengths of time then all of a sudden it will get hot. Now worcester are sending someone out again on monday, but Im just not convinced he's gonna fix it right, he certainly didnt last time. As its under 5 year guarentee we have to have bosch fix it, but wondering if anyone on here could please help and might know whats wrong with it?
