If the old one is acceptable, you could extend it easily by exchange of correspondencewhy not just type up the one you've got as you obviously have access to a PC, I doubt it's copyright

As already discussed, the tenancy of <address> is renewed according to the existing terms in the contract dated <date>, save that the fixed period is extended to <date>. I require you to confirm agreement in writing by <date>, otherwise the tenancy will continue on a statutory periodic basis.
