Yes, I had a good weekend :rotfl:

Saturday I did the pre-ball prep of leg wax, hair cut/colour, coffee with a girlfriend, etc, then headed off, as the ball was a couple of hours drive away. A coffee with friends then off to the hotel to get ready and we had a lovely night - got back to the hotel just after 3am. There will be photos on fb in due course, but they were taken with someone else's camera, so I have to wait for them to do their thing.....

Yesterday involved a very slow start, possibly the best cooked breakfast I have had for many years then time with friends before heading home. Tired but a good time was had :D

And yes, living life, loving life :T

Very happy to have the torch coming through Norwich - am not going to volunteer to carry it, though, as I would probably drop it in the excitement of the handover - never was any good at the relay at school :o

and yes, flipp, def still happy.....just everything is so so busy. Candle. Both ends. Burning. :rotfl:

  • As long as you don't burn both end of the torch you'd be fine :D
