Hi Hypno, just found your new diary. Will follow as and when. So pleased for you. What a turn around and all the v best to you. You give so many including me great hope.!My debts at LBM (2009)Grand Total £161,983.77.(Incs everything, mtge, cr cards, loans)
May 2013 £124,080.27= £37,903.50 paid off WOW!!!!! Well done! There is a guardian angel out there! :AI'm visualising success, debt freeness, and happy days!:T0 -
Hypno, thought of you yesterday, did Shred (in our house known as 'kidney bean exercises' as I don't own weights and I think you suggested using tins of kidney beans, which I do
).
Didn't have tins of kidney beans (or anything else! Not even sprouts! at all! VERY bad storecupboarding! :rotfl:).
Anyway, after scouring the cupboards (not in a cleaning fashion, of course), I landed up with a bottle of Ouzo in one hand, and a bottle of Zeppi's Maltese prickly pear liqueur in the other :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0 -
Thanks PaF. It is indeed a turnaround, and I truly am loving my life. I don't post so much now, because there isn't so much moneywise to talk about (and also, I do spend rather a lot on my social life and lovely clothes etc now, which feels so "wrong" at times on a DFW thread, but it is only what I was previously spending on debt repayments so I am within budget).....but I am keeping things in check!
Tonight is an evening of ironing, as I have another social weekend ahead of me, so I want to be up to date with everything before I go.....my cleaner came today, so at least the place is lovely and tidySuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. sounds dodgy Cheery - glass bottles?
We call it Shrek in our house......but still don't get around to it. We use it as a sort of threat. "Do you want to do x or shall we do Shrek?"0 -
What would be more dodgy for me would be that half way through the second set of reps, I would be ripping the tops off the bottles and consuming the contents, however strange they may be!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Talking of frocks and shoes - I am off to a ball tomorrow night.....am trying to talk myself out of buying a new dress, as I have a couple that are good enough, and which have not been seen by this particular group of friends.....but sadly I don't seem to be listening to me:rotfl:
