    So, another stressy day at the office done - everyone is tired at the mo, fighting the onsets of spring sniffles, and generally getting ratty! Oh well, it will pass.....it usually does!

    I went for a short run when I got home - just 4 miles, to get out in the fresh air and enjoy the countryside. Was good to be out there as it is the first run I have done since Good Friday, and my marathon-weary body is not so bad! And the carb-restricted diet has helped too, so all good there.

    Am going to vote shortly.....will be delightful in my sweaty smelly running kit! Then home for shower and a book I think.

    morning all - TFI Friday :j

    A busy few days ahead of me means I need to keep the finances in check - out with the girlies for dinner and drinks this evening, then the last match of the season tomorrow, including celebratory promotion to the premier league drinks and dinner with the guys, followed by a race day in Kent on Sunday.....during which I will whizz around IKEA.....

    But, of course, before all that I need to get through anther day in the office......deep breath, and off we go!
