Actually, despite the forecast predicting otherwise, it is currently quite nice out there - sunny and a bit breezy. Whatever the weather, we will run.....runchum has a marathon to do in September and although I don't need to run so far at this point of the year, it is a good way of getting me out there and doing some exercise too!

Run done - not as far as we intended as the heavens did indeed open and we got absolutely drenched. Still 7 miles though which is 7 miles more than I might otherwise have done!
MSE wise, I have changed my phone/broadband package today which will hopefully give us more for our money.
