Milk or olive oil, would only use an egg if I was using the egg for something else too as you would not need it all!Ermutigung wirkt immer besser als Verurteilung.

I use milk unless I am doing a batch cooking session and know I will use a whole egg. If doing a really large batch session I mixe an egg with milk and use that.I am playing all of the right notes just not necessarily in the right order
