    I spoke to our solicitor yesterday. There is a problem with the environment search. He needs a certificate to say it's ok which the owners should have but their solicitor hasn't provided it yet. If the certificate isn't produced then our solicitor will have to make the mortgage company aware of this!

    Oh dear what a palava :( I can only assume there is going to be something wrong with our search seeing as the company has had the information for four days!! (Or they're just slow?!?!)

    We had a real nightmare with a MA who cocked everything up for us.
    However we've since managed to sort another MA so all is good.
    We instructed solicitors on 31st March - we exchange today (its a repo).... THANK THE LORD!
