Sagem MY-501C Wap Connection Problem

I was going to put this on the phones board but felt it was more "techy" so decided to put it here but feel free to move if its in the wrong place.

Anyway. My aunt has a Sagem MY-501C phone and whenever she tries to connect to orange world she's refused with the message - "Authentication Failed" she has credit and we are pretty sure that she has the right internet profile selected - "Orange GPRS WAP". So any ideas? :confused: :money:
