  • Hi Zoe, thanks for the comment.

I'm pretty sure Fudgecake wasn't talking about moanaboutmen!

Personally, I completely understand that moanaboutmen is new at all this (I've read the articles in Pick Me Up lol), I think I've just put a bit of a scare in people because it's taking so long to recieve my prize (remember I was told that I had won on the 15th of Feb!) and when you're really looking forward to getting something, it can be a bit worrying the longer it takes!
Jan 2011 Wins: Rodial Crash Diet STICKS Feb Wins: CD - DVD - UNE Beauty Products - Book March Wins: BEAR Hibernation Hamper -Book Total Wins: £242.44

Hi Everyone - I work at the website and Im SOOOOOOOOO concerned to see all these comments! I hope that we have never been rude in our reply - we always try our best to sort out any issues with prizes, and it's really sad to see all these negative comments.
We state in the terms and conditions that it can take up to 28 days for delivery - this is because generally the prizes are sent out directly from the PR company. Once the competition is closed ,we email the winners - wait for their addresses and the company providing the prizes then like all the addresses before sending the prizes out.
We are new to this and we are trying to build a good reputation so any advice would be good!
I always this thought we were good at keeping in touch with people having any problems, so these comments have really concerned me.
Please dont be concerned that you wont get your prizes and always keep in touch.
Fudge Cake -your comments concerned me the most - but can you confirm that it wasnt a moanaboutmen prize that you had this issue with and received rude emails from but was another company - thanks -
Once again _ im sorry for all of this - we are new to this and are trying to build a good reputation so will happily deal with any problems you have.
Ridmat - if you let me know what prize it is you won, I can get in touch with my colleague who deals with the distribution of prizes from PR companies

    No, don't worry...it wasn't moanaboutmen website. x
