Is there a telephone number to contact them? They may be less likely to fob you off with a direct contact.

I've had a reply! At 9 o'clock on a Friday evening! Horay!
"Hello
Just to confirm that I have received your email and will look into this for you.
The email address you received the message from is the email address of my colleague who deals with all the competition prizes.
The Hatty DVDs are provided to us by a PR company who send out the prizes on our behalf.
I will check with Angie what is happening with this - sometimes hotmail addresses go into junk mail and I havent seen anything with your name on before today.
However, rest assured that this is now in hand and we will keep you informed of what is happening.
I can only apologise for the awkwardness and embarrassment you feel - if it's any consolation, I feel the same - we are trying to build a reputation as a reliable and interesting place for women and competitions are a big part of this, so I never like it when things go wrong.
Apologies again for your disappointment and we will be in touch soon."
I'm so glad that someone replied, that's all I was looking for from the first email
Thank you so much for the advice!

I won a prize from them a week ago and have not recieved it yet, but thought it was too early to chase. However after reading other compers experiences am getting concerned that I will not receive my prize.2013 Wins
March : Pirates in Pants Book.0 -
i find that sometimes the winners come back with some details but you need to wait for others too to come back then you have to send off the info to the pr company ect - now they could be out doing a promo or something and not able to sort out sending out prizes for say another week.
So you need to give it at least 1 month for a prize to arrive. Then just a nice wee sorry not had prize yet should get them to say they are going to chase it for you.Eleventh Heaven no 710 - we can all dream0 -
Yea I left it a good month before sending out the first email. Don't worry unnecessarily! The only reason I had bought it up here was because the first email I sent trying to chase it up went unnoticed/ignored...
Hopefully your prize will show up in due time! Maybe now that I've been on at them to sort mine out, it might give them a kick up the bum to sort everyone else out too

I have also won some tesco spa toiletries from them, the competition ended 12th Feb and they emailed me at the beginning of March and then again a week later as if I had not replied to the first one. I think I will email again just in case, seems they are having a few problems organising their competitions!0

Hi Everyone - I work at the website and Im SOOOOOOOOO concerned to see all these comments! I hope that we have never been rude in our reply - we always try our best to sort out any issues with prizes, and it's really sad to see all these negative comments.
We state in the terms and conditions that it can take up to 28 days for delivery - this is because generally the prizes are sent out directly from the PR company. Once the competition is closed ,we email the winners - wait for their addresses and the company providing the prizes then like all the addresses before sending the prizes out.
We are new to this and we are trying to build a good reputation so any advice would be good!
I always this thought we were good at keeping in touch with people having any problems, so these comments have really concerned me.
Please dont be concerned that you wont get your prizes and always keep in touch.
Fudge Cake -your comments concerned me the most - but can you confirm that it wasnt a moanaboutmen prize that you had this issue with and received rude emails from but was another company - thanks -
Once again _ im sorry for all of this - we are new to this and are trying to build a good reputation so will happily deal with any problems you have.
Ridmat - if you let me know what prize it is you won, I can get in touch with my colleague who deals with the distribution of prizes from PR companies0
