Just bought an android dual sim phone and looking to find the best payg sim only for internet access - any good deals?

Yes, lots, do you intend making any calls or sending texts? Giffgaff do unlimited internet plus an amount of calls and texts for £10 per month, but if it's pure internet you can get a payg sim from T-Mobile and buy their internet booster for £20 to cover six months (1gb monthly limit applies).

well yes for calls and texts too but i dont want to get stung on using the internet then finding i have drained my credit up so quick

I buy 3gb sim card adout £9 ebay good for up to 3 months

Depends on the phone. The Android I was watching on BBC Click had 2 radios and you could call out on either sim, and decide which one to use for data.

Three do a data only sim on 30 day contract for around a fiver a month but this isn't PAYG.

Best sim for data depends on how much data you will actually use. I get 2Gb month from Three - this month I'm close to 500Mb and that's with streaming radio and podcast downloads. Other months I might just use 150Mb.

If you are a heavy user and live in a 3g O2 area then giffgaff might be best as mentioned above.

3 do a internet add on for payg for £5, fair use policy of 2GB...how much data do you think you will need on this sim ?

For 2000 mins & 5000 texts & truely UNLIMITED data (even tethering - using mobile as modem) @ £25 a month on a 12 month only sim only contract consider 3 The One Plan.
