    NEVER trust what a Jobcentre advisor tells you about life outside the Jobcentre, and triple check what they tell you about benefits etc.
    When I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN :D

    yeah ive already changed my advisor coz the last one told me i have no chance of finding work unless i get someone to watch my kids at nights and at weekends and thats what my parents are for! :eek:

    i told her to go tell them that after they have both done a full 9 hours in their ill health!

    i put in a complaint about her too but that came to no fruition.

    I appreciate they're all under pressure these days to get people back into work, but being incosiderate to a client's family circumstances isn't the way to help. Good for you putting in that complaint.
