Using Ipad abroad

Whilst searching for a prepaid sim card for use in Ipad for travelling I came across Abroadband.com who offer :-

"MOBILE INTERNET AROUND THE WORLD - Mobile internet access while travelling:
One price: € 0,59/MB – everywhere
One world: surf the internet in over 50 countries
Now you can use your high-speed mobile internet anywhere in the world – at the low single price of just € 0.59/MB. With abroadband, mobile internet while travelling has never been this affordable – and you can be online anytime & anywhere! No more wasting your time looking for the nearest WLAN hotspot or internet caf!. And what’s more: surfing the web with abroadband is safe and your data is securely protected. When travelling, abroadband is the perfect solution for you!"

I intend to use it in Spain and the USA this year but can anybody explain to me it this is a reasonable cost as I am unsure what I will get for a MB?
