Problem with Orange
Hi I am with Orange contract with 200 anytime minutes.
I had it about 8 months with 3000 weekend promotion minutes for six months and took it out with coolnewmobile.
Before a month and a half or so a lady called me and said she is from Orange and offered me 3000 weekend minutes for another six month as a loyal customer as I have finished my first six months with Orange.
Now I received 8th Bill from Orange and it says 'Thank You for Renewing Your Contract by 12 months'.
Called Orange CS and they said they didn't called me and some one called 'mobilestoyourdoor' called me and that I signed a new contract to renew this contract for more 12 months with them with a new phone which I haven't done.
They asked me to call mobilestoyourdoor and I did and got a reply that I should ring coolnewmobile. Rang CNM but they said they have only got the original 12 months contract with me and nothing else.
Can someone tell me if I will be able to persue Orange to cancel this new contract?

there are some very bad dealer out there, that just want commission and if they do not want you to contract them you will not be able too, you will have one hell of a fight on your hands to speak to them again by letter or e-mail and phone put there is away of cancelling the new contract with orange the good point ,you will have to go up the management ladder in orange to get it cancelled and there is a special team that deal with this kind of thing put it will not happen over night it can take weeks/months to sort out most of the time (took me about a month for my daughter)
One last thing when you send letters or e-mails keep a copy and send letters by special delivery or registered post and if you got a new phone you had 14day to return it and it must be returned in the 14 days that means the day after delivery so you get it on the first and the 14 days start on the second.
And if your not shore about how to go on speak to the nice people at consumer direct on 08454040506 they will tell you your right’s and how to sort it out ,and they can take it further if there is a need,
