Probably a stupid question...but need help re: my Nokia 6230

Hi. I am having a problem with my Nokia 6230. It is stuck on the headphone mode so I can either use it that way or through the loudspeaker. I have read the instruction booklet and can't find any information regarding how to revert it to normal handset mode. I know the answer is probably obvious but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Go into settings, then profiles and then change the profile to "general".

i had one in for repair the other day and the fault was that one of the contacts moved inside he bottom port (from what i remember)
ive also seen this and it has needed a software upgrade to fix it

Try looking on eBay for a charging block - my experience with Nokias is that the contacts can lose their spring. You can also open them up & 'improve' the contacts (gently bend them out towards the motherboard). I have done this with older phones with much success - 8210, 3210, 3310, etc.
