My contracts due to end and I have requested a PAC, which they said I would have in 3-5 days. Could anyone please tell me if they post this or text it and is it likely to arrive in the 3-5 days or will I need to chase them?

They post it. Or you could phone them and just ask them to tell you what it is, the PAC code is generated instantly, they are allowed to give it over the phone0

I requested mine and they text me within 10mins, I also received it in the post within few days.0
