Is it wrong to pick the daffodils?!

Definitely wrong imho. They are for everyone. I know it seems harmless to pick a few, and children always want to do so, but it is better to leave them there for others to enjoy.
p.s. it's also better for the flowers (future blooms) if they're not picked.Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

Actually I noticed these growing in the parks and thought they were so pretty! I'd personally leave them.0

I would say leave them alone, its so nice when you go for a walk somewhere and see beautiful flowers growing it gives you a wee lift. I know it may seem ok, but as other people have said if everyone did it there wouldn't be any flowers!
On another note I was out at Victoria Park a few weeks ago with a friend and our small children, when we came across a young boy and girl age about 7or 8 pulling all the newly planted flowers out of the ground and the worst thing was their parent was standing chatting away to two other women beside them, it was only as my friend and i approached them did she let out a scream at them to stop, there were daffodils strewn everywhere to. then as we passed they starting pulling the muck out and throwing it at the swans, what chance do our parks have with people like that!!! So sad0 -
Its actually not called picking its called stealing if youre taking them from a council or private park or riverbank.Sorry.0
