Oh God, a bad case of extreme childishness has just struck...

    Marshmellowwww fights!!!!

Ok, normal Hannah will now be resumed.
I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)

As of the last count I have cleared
    [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt. :(
  • Hi everyone!
I was given some marshmallows by my mil after a party. I was wondering if anyone had any ingenious ideas for using them up. All I can think of is rocky road and on hot chocolate!
I've made rocky road numerous times and would like to try something a bit different.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Rice crispy cakes can be made with marsh mallow as the glue.

A dark chocolate tart with marshmallow chunks in it could be delicious.

DH likes a marshmallow on a digestive, microwaved for a few seconds until it just melts. Yuk!

    Marshmallow sauce sounds nice http://www.hulettssugar.co.za/step_into_our_kitchen_marshmallow_sauce_sweet_savoury_sauces_recipes

You can also google for a sweet potato and marshmallow dish on thanksgiving websites, but I couldn't decide if it sounded good or not!

Science adjusts its views based on what's observed.
Faith is the denial of observation, so that belief can be preserved.

I made these today. Marshmallows melted in the centre and mini, or chopped up big ones mixed in with the frosting

    Hi smokemeakipper,

I always make these to stop me from gorging on the marshmallows if I have a bag lying around calling my name. :D

    Fifteens

    15 digestive biscuits (crushed)
    15 glace cherries (chopped)
    15 marshmallows (chopped)
half a tin of condensed milk (approx 200-250g)
    dessicated coconut

Mix the biscuits, cherries and marshmallow in a bowl with the condensed milk until it's a thick mix that you can shape with your hands.

Roll it into a long sausage shape on greaseproof paper sprinkled with the coconut. Wrap in the paper and chill in the fridge for a couple of hours and then slice into roughly fifteen slices.

This thread has more ideas that may help:

I'll add this thread to that one later to keep the suggestions together.
