I have been waiting for a refund of £139.50 since 11th february. They ignored all emails and switched their phone lines off weeks ago. Doubt you will get refund from them. Contact consumer direct and your credit catd company. Total con merchants, they still took peoples money and orders even though they must have known they were in financial trouble. Good luck.:mad:

I am owed a £46 refund from Shudoo!!! Does anyone have any advice about how I will get this from them? I know its not a massive amount of money but I things are tight and I can't afford to lose it!!

I am waiting for a refund of £139.50 from them since the 11th february! I have contacted consumer direct and my mastercard company to see if they can help. Good luck:mad:

any updates regarding this? I have put a claim in with my visa card and will see what happens now
