Thats a shame, used Shudoo many times and never had any problems.

oh no! I sent back a return to them a couple of weeks ago, and I'm waiting for my refund! I wonder if I can get a chargeback if it doesn't come?

Thanks for your post, been waiting on a refund from shudoo for over 4 weeks now despite contacting them. I have proof of posting and my emails have been palmed off. Hope i can attempt to claim back through my visa!!!

Thats ok, I know its not a grabbit but if i was a customer waiting for an order or a refund, then i would like to know and most of us read this board xx

I've got two pairs of shoes worth £100 each that I was going to send back today!! Looked on the website to get the address and then saw that message.... please Mr Bank Manager, give them some money to carry on trading!

After all that warehouse debacle I was so happy that the boots I wanted come back in stock to find that I really didnt even like them... gutted!

I think Shudoo have been having problems long before this,there are a couple of Shudoo complaint type posts on "Shop dont Drop" forum etc,all from last year,I waited around 8 weeks from end Nov to Feb this year to be refunded £56,sound as tho theyve been taking orders(and money from customers) for much longer than they shouldve.
