hi there i have just done a speed test on my 3 dongle and thew test saying this

The national average is a little over 2Mbps so yes.
Suggests the cell is 7.2Mbps (not 3.6Mbps) and so a bit of work with the positioning might be worthwhile to see if you can improve it.
If you look on www.sitefinder.ofcom.org.uk you can work out where the cell is, and point the thing directly at it on the "right" side of the house.0 -
I would say yes. But 1 would test it at different times of the day & night. That way you'll get an overall idea better. Plus having a reliable- stable speed is just as important, 1 test won't give you that..0
