Cashback Default - Dialaphone

I need some advice here. Dialaphone are defaulting on my last cashback.They are saying that they have not received my paperwork and hence cannot pay.I have always sent my letters in good faith and never had a problem. However after checking on google it seems that this is their normal tactics to rip off money and I am not the only one suffering. There is no way to contact their customer service expect snail mail. And reading their response makes me feel like a sitting duck. Can anyone help or offer advice on recourse. Many thanks

I hope I am wrong but unless you have prove of postage I think you have to bite the bullet and move on.

You don't just need proof of postage, you need proof of delivery.
This is with all cashback sites.

I have never had any problems with Dial-a-phone. I have never sent my cashback claim registerd but have taken copies prior to sending just in case there was a problem and aklways in plenty of time to chase up. I had to chase up once which was still within the 28day period and they just asked me to fax copy and they paid up no problem.
The secret in my view is do not wait until the last minute to send the claim send it as soon as you recieve the bill, this gives you time to chase up. You should get confirmation of reciept via text within 7 days it is normally within 5 days if you have not got it chase them straight away.0
