Hi all, I did take the bg rep up on the offer and she is looking into the bill for us but yet to hear anything.
My husband is an electrical engineer so we have had all sorts monitors on the circuits are showing up anything unusual.
We have been taking meter reading daily for the last 3 days at the same time each day and they have come out with 13kwh, 11kwh and 10kwh so it really is a headache for us!0 -
Forgot to add that during those 9months we were on holiday from mid oct to mid nov so the bill is actually over 8 months!0
