BUT you discover that fact MUCH more quickly if you give feedback, right? Because they can't hide behind the excuse of 'you never told me'.
So if you give feedback, and they make the same mistake twice, you know for a fact that they simply don't care about you, and are trying to push for a double ended deal.
However if you give feedback, and they tailor the next showings based on that feedback, you've not only saved everyone involved a lot of time, but you've detected a quality estate agent who cares about getting you what you want.
From my experience, feedback is just a way for EA to prolong and keep both the buyer and the seller interested in the transaction.
It is a sales/marketing tactic.0 -
Negative feedback is as positive as positive feedback.
If viewers can find the time to ring and arrange the viewing surely they can find the time to give the feedback????
I don't like the saying buyers are liars but guess its true sometimes0 -

This is your opinion not a statement. My opinion is it is just to prolong the whole process. If viewers can find the time to ring and arrange the viewing surely they can find the time to give the feedback????
Do you understand that EA want more than just a "thinking about" or "not interested"? There has been numerous examples on what EA usually does under the guise of 'feedback'.I don't like the saying buyers are liars but guess its true sometimes
So not giving feedback = liar???

Well, we didn't view anything through that agent. Because we weren't interested in their 1 bed flats (-:...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

As for your second paragraph, your whole reason for being on these boards seems to be to lecture people who are perfectly capable of making decisions that affect their future plans and finances. And I don't have to give you any reason for my being here.
Bit bored are we? Nothing better to do at the moment than surf the Internet? Perhaps you need to spend more time working in this slump.
think the same can be said for a certain other person ....0
