Is there any sort of governing body that can put legal pressure on the landlords to sort out the noise and litter problems. There should be some form of agreement that says landlords must insure that their tenants should respect the local people (property owners) and land.
Have you complained to the management company?
They might be the quickest way to get it sorted out.If you find you are drinking too much give this number a call. 0845 769 75550 -
After one of the parties, wait a couple of hours for everyone to be in bed and get up yourself. Get a hoody on, then go and collect all the rubbish and chuck it back in to their garden. Then go back to bed after a good wash and snigger under your sheets thinking about them finding it.
Keep doing it for weeks and months. It may not achieve anything but it will make you smile and may annoy them.
I used to live next to an empty house (Owned by developers) with a faulty alarm that would go off regularly. Council were good but after 3 weeks of alarms every night and no action I decided to "assess" the nuisance with a broom handle. It stopped soon after.
Not sure what my advice is. Maybe start a stealthy war!0 -

Might be worth posting something on the Renting section of the forum - plenty of landlords on there.
Trouble is, if the Management Company is getting regular payment for the rent, they might be a bit "lazy" in doing anything?“That old law about 'an eye for an eye' leaves everybody blind. The time is always right to do the right thing.”0 -

I do remember that one time that the Environmental Pollution team came out and got the ownere to come and turn the alarm off. They made a great job of keeping it all confidential. I even told them I wanted him to know that I'd complained as I wanted him to come and apologise but they said they were not allowed to pass information on about the "victims" of the noise.0 -
Their tenancy agreement probably says something about noise.0
