URGENT q - o2 helpline number?
hey guys
i have just recieved my 02 contract phone from e2save and it all seems to work fine, i just put in the sim and its all working. however how do i check how many minutes i have and if they have in fact started so i can use my phone, is there a 02 number you can dial?

the billing for e2save is through carphone warehouse, the number to dial is 0870 111 7200, option 2 will then text you back your remaining minutes, when your minutes are allocated depends on what bill cycle you are on,easiest way is to call customer services and ask hope the info helps0

Well, its good that you have highlighted this issue. Any o2 contract taken from e2save, onestopphoneshop (or CPW) has its customer service dealt with by CPW and not o2. Therefore it takes CPW 3 days to get allowance usage details from o2.
In addition you have to call an 0870 number to do so... Or do you ?
Well i managed to find an 0800 no. that puts you through to the same people.
The number is 0800 424800 follow the options and they will sent you a text message which enlists your usage, but remember this is 3 days out of date. The customer service team are generally pretty good, but once again their info is also 3 days outdated too !!
0870, 0800, 0845 and 0844 numbers are included in o2 tariff inclusive minutes. However CPW will tell you that only 0870 and 0845 are guaranteed to be included.

"bundle usage this month as of : on : : 0 minutes of 64 anytime minutes. sms bundle 0 out of 13"
what does this mean...i have no minutes?? but i only got my phone today??0 -

surely this means you have 64 minutes remaining and 13 SMS and you have not used any of either0
