    Happy thursday guys!

I've not been around much this week, we're getting the keys to our new (rented) house on monday and moving on thursday so life has been pretty hectic. Time off is also pretty limited so we're cramming as much in as we possibly can.
I have managed to hit all 10 of my NSD's in my goal this month, though I'm still gonna try and have a couple more and I finally got my bonus letter, lets put it this way, it makes a BIG dent in my credit card. I'm going to aim to pay it off before christmas. I think it is doable, tough, but doable.

    So today I have/will:
-hobbled to work (I've done something to my foot so it hurts, but I've obviously changed something because a month or so ago I'd have used it as an excuse to bus in!)
    -will hobble back home!
    -lunch from home
    -breakfast at home
-making coffee in the kitchen rather than buying it
-used starbucks card and voucher to get a free bag of beans today
-not an NSD - driving lesson tonight, plus I got a thank you card for my boss and my mum's mothers day card (it was a little bit more pricey than I'd normally spend but it is so perfect and says everything I want to say, I figured as I've done so well I can afford to buy the perfect card)
    -check bank and cards
-all searches through swagbucks (nearly ready for my next $5 paypal)
-got a couple of things on ebay (shoes at £31 already!)
-packing tonight - must get a box done!
    -check pigsback/onepoll

    Hope all are well
    xxx

    Afternoon all!

Fab news about the job La E!!!
    Bet its a relief?

Just another average day in the life of a teacher today....
    • Taken dog to park and walked this morning
    • Checked bank
    • Took lunch to work
    • Making egg fried rice for tea from stuff in the fridge
    • Staying in tonight even though I've been invited to the pub (good for diet and purse)
    • Have a bath and mini pamper session later using products that have been sitting around for ages
    • Make lunch for tomorrow
    • Rejig shopping list and mealplan
That's it for today - nothing too taxing!

Hi rock_cakes, im doing TT at uni. We were told a few weeks ago the delay in all new trainees is due to the new govt not releasing the number of trainees a uni can take on for sept 2011.

good luck for your interview, when i was interviewd they asked alot about prev experience and how you will cope with the stress! :)

Hi folks , another day in the mad house today for me , saying that it was reasonably calm after a bit of adrenaline pumping early on.

Pernicious with your forum name I would never have thought you would be donating blood. I always imagined you were anaemic. Your veins will be better if you drink plenty of water for a few hours so you are well hydrated, this makes your veins expand and brings them closer to the surface.

compchem many happy returns, hope you are having a lovely evening.

Short list of achievements for today :
    • checked banks - slightly into overdraft but only a few months ago it was hugely worse than that :o
    • drove carefull to tempory work base which is closer to home
    • made call about potential job on work phone - it was an inhouse post but don't have the correct piece of paper but they may be readvertising it as a training post.
    • all meals from stores
    • free lunch and drinks at tempory base
    • done a survey
    • heating still off (waiting for plumber :rotfl:)
    • Sparkled :D
Day off tommorow, need to post some reminder notes for myself on door before I go to bed as I have a couple of tasks I keep forgetting !

    Thanks guys! :D

He doesn't seem as excited about it as I thought he'd be tbh. Maybe just because it's not permanent or maybe because he doesn't really know what he'll be doing but either way it's better than his JSA and still pressure off while he continues looking. He can cover his own loan repayments too and I think he's happy about that. Still need to work it all out though and figure the best way of doing things.
