If you find that things not being removed its maybe time to back-up essential stuff.
Uninstall/disable any antivirus and firewall...
Search for combofix in google and download from bleepingcomputer.com...
Run combofix and when all finished try your internet browser again and try another Hijackthis scan0 -

okay, time to run combofix, then post the log back here. you will need to save it to desktop, and turn off avast's shields before running it.
