Uninstall/disable any antivirus and firewall...
Search for combofix in google and download from bleepingcomputer.com...
Run combofix and when all finished try your internet browser again and try another Hijackthis scan

okay, time to run combofix, then post the log back here. you will need to save it to desktop, and turn off avast's shields before running it.
