More help, please. Hijack this log inc

Hey, after the problem with the virus a couple of weeks ago the laptop is now experiencing redirects on most of my googlesearches when I'm using firefox.

Avast 6 and Malwarebytes haven't cured it so I downloaded and ran hijackthis. The log is pasted below - I've no idea looking at it what most of it is so advice for the next steps would be greatly appreciated.

tick and fix all the (no file) or (file missing) entries in hjt.

opem mbam, go to the logs, and post the last log up here.

probably will need to run combofix, but let's see the mbam log first :)

Thats the last log from mbam. I can't see any entries like that in the hjt log but am double checking.

These look a bit suspect though... I would remove them (backup just in case).

Post another scan with the flotsam gone.

The third of those I've taken out as I've not been able to get the hardware working. Will get the other two on my next scan.

When I go to fix the checked items I'm getting an error.

Error #5 Invalid procedure call or argument.

    two things:-

    1. close hjt, and then hold down SHIFT and right-click hjt and "run as admin..." and try again

    2. I suspect you're still infected with some deeper-hidden stuff

    3. vista will need fully updating when you're clear (SP2 been out for a while, many infections are capable of preventing the windows update process completing properly)
