Weeeeell, I've not heard a thing since the last email. I keep on expecting that red neg to appear, but nothing yet and nothing in the mail today. Maybe tomorrow.

Alika, I think she was trying to do the same, to intimidate me into giving her a refund. Thing is, once feedback has been left, buyers are pretty much free to treat their sellers as they please.

I never accept any feedback threats. If someone threatens me with bad feedback I respond saying something like

"As feedback is completely optional, I will be grateful any feedback you wish to leave me, whether it is a good or bad. If you feel the need to leave a negative, then please do so, I would hate for you to feel that I have pressured you into changing your choice of feedback."

So far none of em have left a negative. Only ever had negs from people who have not contacted me.

I'm guessing you haven't heard anything as she has realized she will need to return it via tracking to be covered by eBay, and that shes in the wrong. Guess she either doesn't see it worthwhile her time or her kid really has a thing for "broken" toys.

Or she was lying and realise she could not bully the money back out of me.
