I wrote about the difficulties that my daughter was having after signing up with TT -and leaving Tiscali. No router ,no BB , debt collectors, broken promises, rude staff and ignoring letters sent by recorded delivery- and this started last May! Well contact has been made!! Yes it is March, but the lady promises it will be sorted soon!
