Ravenheat boiler RSF 84ET or 100ET

Not sure which one ours is - has anyone ever got one of these combi boilers to work properly for longer than about a couple of months without some repair or other?
Were they ever fit for purpose?

I wouldn't recommend Ravenheat - go for a good reliable brand - I mainly fit Vaillant when I can. Good luck!0
