Radiator fault within warranty - who pays plumber?

Thanks all. It is going to be exactly the same radiator, so it should be a straight forward job. If it doesn't arrive by Saturday, when the plumber is here, I think we will be attempting to put it up ourselves.Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0

If you have a landlord, why are you paying to do all this work to the house? Thanks all. I guess I will have to pay up, or do this myself - it doesn't look like it is a difficult job. I had beel told by the plumber before that it would be £45 to put a radiator on like for like, the other guy today (who just capped my gas ppe after I found out why we had gas smell in the living room for two years and landlord couldn't sort it) who said it would be £45 to £75.0
